Returning home from hospital can be a welcome relief - and also confusing if you have had changes to your medications. Our pharmacies can offer a support service, known as our Better Care Program, that will help you once you get home, and take care of all your medication needs - so you don’t have to worry about it. We’ll make sure you’re comfortable with your medications, answer any questions and work with your GP to make sure they’re kept up to date. This extra service is free, so we can offer you better care.
